-30 Nov 1948: Daniel S. Weiss replaces S. Samuel Di Falco.
-28 Nov 1949: Benjamin J. Davis, Jr., was expelled from the council and his seat remained vacant for the remainder of the term.
-7 December 1949: Eugene P. Connolly resigns in protest of Davis' expulsion from the council. His seat remains vacant for the remainder of the term. |
