| Info | Chris was born and brought up in Edinburgh, attending George Watson’s College. During his time there he undertook a wide range of community projects in south Edinburgh.
Chris graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2005, and represented Newcastle at the European Debating Championships and on the BBC’s University Challenge.
Chris works as an advisor on local government corporate policy, and has successfully worked to cut council tax and trial new initiatives to provide better value for money for taxpayers.
