Leader to be elected at convention by delegates. Delegates may be automatic (all members of NDP Provincial Council; all Manitoba municipal officials, MLA’s and MPs currently elected as New Democrats) or elected by the members of each riding association.
The winner of this contest becomes Premier of Manitoba in addition to becoming Leader of the Manitoba New Democratic Party. |
