Blunt Spokesman Confirms He Believes Obama Is Legit President

| Description | I just had another go around with GOP Rep. Roy Blunt’s spokesman, and he confirmed by email that Blunt does, in fact, believe that Barack Hussein Obama was born in the United States and is legitimately our 44th president.
“Of course he does,” Rich Chrismer, the spokesman for Blunt’s Senate camapign, emailed.
As noted below, I initially asked Chrismer for clarification of Blunt’s comments yesterday in a FireDogLake interview, in which he said the birthers have a “legitimate question.” Chrismer accused the interviewer of editing quotes, but wouldn’t say whether Blunt viewed Obama as the legitimate president. |
