He worked for Proctor & Gamble Company and Air Products & Chemicals, Inc., and is the holder of 2 U.S. patents. Tom presently serves on Council's Administration, Community Development, Charter Review Committee, Appointments and Urban Observatory Committees. Tom has served on the Allentown City Planning Commission, as President of the Muhlenberg Area Community Watch, and co-chaired the Allentown Census 2000 Committee. As some of you may recall, he led the grassroots effort to enact the rental unit licensing law.
