Info | I live in Beckenham and Penge, and I'm standing to be the first Labour MP for our new constituency.
I have fought and won successful campaigns for our local communities already, including saving train station ticket offices last summer. Throughout my professional career, working in education and for a tech start-up, I've made a difference and got things done.
I've also campaigned for over a decade for disabled people and their families. When I was 13, an accident left me unable to walk for four years. I went back a year at school, and at 17 I became one of the youngest people in Britain to have a hip replacement. I've never forgotten the care and compassion I received from NHS staff, I owe them everything. They inspired me to fight for others, just like they fought for me.
14 years of Conservative chaos, division and failure has left working people paying the price with soaring mortgages and bills. They have stripped kindness and humanity from the heart of government. I'm standing because I believe change is possible, and I want to bring my campaigning experience to be a strong voice for our area.
Most of our new constituency has had Tory MPs for over 80 years. If you agree it's time for change, I'm asking you to lend me your vote at this election.
