John is a compliance inspector with Alberta Environment who has called Calgary home for eight years. He was raised and educated in Edmonton.
As both a volunteer and professional facilitator, John has extensive experience working with governments and Non-Governmental groups in Canada, Africa, Asia and Latin America, including the United Nations and European Union.
John's experience as a Lieutenant in the Canadian Armed Forces helped shape his understanding that war is not the answer and that peace requires international cooperation and commitment.
