| Info | Douglas A. Albrecht was first elected Commissioner in November 2019. He graduated from Vineland High School and holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Maryland and a M.B.A. from Rowan University with a focus in Finance. He is President and Manager of Bob Albrecht Tire & Service, a family owned business since 1986.
Albrecht served as Vineland City Councilman from 2008-2012. He has also served as the Director of Vineland Downtown Improvement District, a Business Coordinator in the Office of Planning & Economic Development, Cumberland County, and has been employed by several financial institutions in South Jersey. He has been a liaison to the Vineland Municipal Utility and served as a representative to the Planning Board and Vineland & Millville Urban Enterprise Zone (UEZ) Board.
Albrecht is a lifelong resident of Vineland where he lives with his wife Sophia and his son Samuel. He is an active member of St. Anthony GOC.
