InfoJason was delivered at Methodist Hospital by Dr. Clement Dumont on January 12th 1970 and was quickly handed over to his mother Jean (a RN at Woodson Children Physiatric Hospital) and father James (a grain buyer at Lincoln Grain in Atchison). Soon after that he met his brother John (co-owner of House of Sound) and sister Jill (Platte County Deputy Clerk) and his grandparents John (a beef lugger at Armor) and Ruth (a RN at the State Hospital) Bishop and George (founder and operator of Gregory Live Stock Commission) and Margarette Gregory (a homemaker). When he was five, he was excited to meet his little sister Jamie when she was born. He spent his childhood growing up in Deer Park and was very active in little league baseball and excelled at bowling by winning the City Championship at the age at nine.

Jason's business career began at the age of ten when he and his older brother began throwing papers for their Deer Park neighborhood. He got into the restaurant business when he turned 14, busing tables for Hoof and Horn restaurant. He worked his way through Central High School where he played football and baseball, Red Lobster drafted him away to become a waiter at the age of 16.

He received an academic scholarship for his studies at MWSU. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to become a street vendor, selling electronics throughout the four state area. Capitalizing on his success, he opened House of Sound on the Belt Hwy in 1994. Within 3 years his hard work allowed him to renovate Schotts Tavern into The Bone which won several choice awards for excellence. He successfully operated each business for nearly 10 years before selling them and setting his sights on the corporate world.

For the past four years he has been the Director of Business Development for Health Choice of Northwest MO, inc., a health care preferred provider organization that helps Missouri businesses and municipalities, including the State of Missouri, MODOT, and The City of St Joseph, lower their worker's compensation medical cost.
