Info | Rep. Tom McDonald, a Democrat, represents part of Jackson County, which includes portions of Independence, Raytown and eastern Kansas City (District 49), in the Missouri House of Representatives.
In addition to his legislative duties, Rep. McDonald is retired after working as a Retail Environment and Industrial Designer for Hallmark Cards Inc. He also worked for 13 years as a partner with the advertising firm of McDonald, Slater & Associates.
