This constituency is a mix of urban and rural, made up of the extreme NW corner of Regina and the villages of Grand Coulee, Tregarva, Adams and Condie. The rural portion of constituency borders the west side of the City of Regina. The Highway 1 West is the southern border of the constituency and the Qu'Appelle River is the northern border. The rural economy is based on mixed farms and markets gardens in the Qu'Appelle valley. This constituency also contains the Sherwood Village Mall, the North West Leisure Centre and the rapidly-expanding Rochdale Boulevard/Pasqua Street North retail area.
