| Description |
Located in NW Saskatchewan, the riding is almost entirely dependent on agriculture and oil production. This area is renowned for its purebred cattle production, but it is also now known as the epicentre of the BSE Crisis, after the single Canadian cow with so-called mad cow disease was traced back to a breeding operation in this riding. This riding is home of the Baldwinton Hutterite colony, as well as the Mosquito, Red Pheasant, Sweetgrass, Little Pine, Poundmaker, and Moosomin Indian Reserves.
Major communities include Maidstone.
