| Info | As the NDP candidate in Huron-Bruce, Paul Klopp brings a wealth of political experience. In 1990, Paul was elected MPP for Huron-Bruce and served as parliamentary assistant to the Minister of Agriculture from 1990 to 1995. In 1995, Paul decided to return to municipal politics as Deputy Mayor of Hay County and served in this position until 2003, when he was re-elected as a member of Huron County Council and served as Deputy Mayor of Bluewater.
Along with his political involvement, Paul is a local farmer who has served as president of the Zurich Agricultural Society and the Huron County Federation of Agriculture.
With his strong political record and deep rural ties, Paul understands the needs of rural Ontario working families and is looking forward to standing up for fairness for them at Queen’s Park.
