There's not much online yet. It says he's being held for another agency and the Arkansas database still has no pending charges after several days. That would indicate he's either being held for another state or a federal agency (or possibly both). My guess is that this is tied to his (alleged) Alaska fundraiser scam where $3,000 for a wounded vet mysteriously disappeared and Pritt went back to Arkansas.
