Description

Ballot moves:
4/13: The Sochi city court rules Aleksandr Lebedev be removed from the ballot due to have improperly filled out his ballot papers. He appealed the decision to the Krasnodar regional court. On the same day Andrei Bogdanov dropped out of the race and endorsed acting incumbent Anatoly Pakhomov.

4/14: Fair Russia candidate Viktor Kurpitko was removed from the ballot due to have improperly filled out his ballot papers.

4/15: Kurpitko joins KPRF candidate Yuri Dzaganiya in requesting Pakhomov be removed from the ballot. The request is denied.

4/17: Lebedev's removal from the ballot was upheld by the Krasnodar regional court. Shortly thereafter, election officials decided to allow Lebedev to remain on the ballot, but then reversed their decision. His name will now be crossed off each ballot and any early votes that were given to him or other removed candidates will be ruled invalid.
