| Description | The Union Reform Party National Convention was held in Baltimore MD. The party was organized in Cincinnati on 3/1/1899. At this convention, ballots previously mailed in by party members were counted. According to the rules, the person receiving the most votes would be the presidential nominee, and the person receiving the second highest total would be the VP nominee. |
