| Description | Originally the city clerk stated that the winners from the November election reached a threshold to avoid a runoff. However, a county superior court judge ruled that a runoff needed to occur. It should have been scheduled for Dec. 13 (delayed statewide from Dec. 6) but was ultimately scheduled for January 24, after the council would have been reorganized. |
