| Description | Center-right party focused on the interests of the self-employed, small businesses and entrepreneurism. Party was launched as the Party of Private Owners of the Czech Republic [Strany soukromníků ČR], and considered itself the successor of the defunct (since November 22, 1938) Czechoslovak Traders' Party dissolved upon Hitler's annexation of Czechoslovakia. Party was briefly aligned with Tricolor, founded in June 2019 by Václav Klaus the Younger, to form the group Trikolora Svobodní Soukromníci (TSS, Tricolor + Single + Private), ahead of parliamentary elections held in 2021. Alliance broke up in April 2022. Party has been chaired by Petr Bajer since December 7, 2013 [Strana soukromníků České republiky (Soukromníci) shortened to Freeholders]. |
