| Description | Far-left party founded and led by former Bogotá mayor and member of the militant group M-19 in the 1980s, Gustavo Petro. Party was born during Petro's successful campaign for mayor in 2011, and after his bitter resignation from the leadership of the Alternative Democratic Pole party in 2010.
On December 13, 2017, leaders of a half-dozen far-left parties agreed to create the List of Decency (Decentes) coalition which featured Columbia Humana prominently within it.
Party also joined in union with the radical Barrancabermeja movement. Union calls itself the 'National Encounter of Militants of Human Colombia', and advocates for revolutionary action.
Party at risk of dissolution by the government in 2020. Party has one deputy and one senator in Congress.
