People's Will is a small, nationalist party created in late 2001 by Sergey Baburin. It merged with Rodina prior to the 2003 Duma elections, but left Rodina when it merged with the Party of Life and the Pensioners' Party to create "Fair Russia."

In March 2007 several smaller conservative and nationalist parties merged with People's Will and they renamed the party People's Union.
