| Description | Center-right anti-establishment party calling for a fundamental restructuring of what it calls a corruptly-run political system built to help and finance party cronies. Party opposes Article 56, paragraph 1 of the Romanian Constitution which forces Romanians to subsidize political parties through its taxes. The result as been an explosion of parties existing only to obtain free tax-payer subsidies, which include tax-payer financed salaries. Party backed NATO deputy secretary Mircea Geoană as its candidate for Romanian President in 2024. Party is chaired by Mihai Cristian Apostolache [Partidul România în Acțiune (PRA)] |
