| Description | Right-of-center, Croatian-nationalist party named after the jurist, writer and ethnic-Croatian politician during the later stages of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, Ante Starčević. Starčević is considered a father of Croatian independence who laid the foundations for Croatian nationalism. He also founded the original Croatian Party of Rights in the 19th century. The current incarnation was launched by Ruza Tomašić, a former policewoman and MP who split from the HSP BiH led by Anto Đapić after condemning Đapić's militancy and leadership methods. Party President has been Milijan Nakić since 2021 [Croatian Party of Rights Dr. Ante Starčević; HSP Dr. Ante Starčević BIH (HSP AS)]. |
