| Description | Right-of-center, Islamist electoral alliance formed and led by former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad. Alliance includes Mahathir's Parti Pejuang Tanah Air (PEJUANG), Barisan Jemaah Islamiah Se-Malaysia (BERJASA), the Bumiputra Perkasa Malaysia Party (PUTRA) and the Indian National Muslim Unity Party (IMAN). Alliance was formed as ethnocentric and Malay-Muslim only, and encourages discrimination against Chinese and non-Muslims in government positions. New party will be contesting 120 seats in the general election planned on November 19, 2022 [Gerakan Tanah Air (GTA)]. |
