| Description | Center-right, civic-nationalist party founded by the former National Liberal Party (PNL) president and Prime Minister (November 4, 2019 to December 7, 2020) Ludovic Orban. Orban originally conceived the party as Liberal Force (Forța Liberală, FL) on October 21, 2021, renaming and registering it on November 14, 2021. Party aims to represent the interests of craftsmen and small-to-medium-sized merchants and hopes to be an alternative to the PNL, which Orban decried as working against the will of the electorate. Party is joined by five additional parliamentarians, including Senate Leader Virgil Guran [Forța Dreptei (FD); also known as the Right Force]. |
