| Description | Center-right, Christian-democratic party founded by psychologist and engineer Dragos Dolanescu Valenciano, who serves as the party's president. Dolanescu was an MP for the Social Christian Republican Party (PRSC) who split the PRSC over philosophical and management issues in February 2021. Party supports the decentralization of the state and the principles of subsidiarity (allowing a citizen to achieve his ends without state interference) as elaborated by Alexis de Tocqueville. CRJ chose Rolando Araya Monge as its candidate for the 2022 presidential elections [Costa Rica Justa (CRJ)]. |
