Description | If the State Senate confirms Michael Noriega as an associate justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court, he will become Gov. Phil Murphy’s fourth pick and the 47th person to serve on the highest court in the state.
Gov. Alfred Driscoll picked the first seven New Jersey Supreme Court members in late 1947, months after voters approved a new State Constitution that completely revamped an antiquated and obsolete judiciary. |
