| Description | Norway’s centre-left government was celebrating on Tuesday after winning re-election in a victory that reaffirmed the country’s commitment to cradle-to-grave welfare in defiance of opposition calls for lower taxes.
With almost all the votes counted, the ruling coalition was projected to clinch a narrow majority after a campaign dominated by debate over how to use Norway’s oil riches and improve public services. |
