Description | Voting to elect a new leader of Ontario's Progressive Conservatives has been completed, but the winner's name won't be announced until late tomorrow.
More than 40,000 Conservatives were eligible to vote for the new leader in balloting across the province last Sunday and Thursday.
The ballots are now being transferred to Markham, where scrutineers for the four candidates and party officials will be locked away tonight to count the votes.
Party members were asked to select candidates in order of preference on the single ballot. |
