| Description | The office of Nebraska Sen. Mike Johanns says the senator is having surgery on his left lung following the discovery of a spot.
Spokeswoman Sarah Pompei (POM-pay) said the senator was having the surgery Tuesday at Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington, Va., and called it a "cautionary step."
She says doctors found the spot during a test on Nov. 25 that followed up a routine physical. |
