[Utah] Demos to hold February primary

| Description | In an attempt to shake off national obscurity, Utah Democrats plan to hold a presidential primary in February to help winnow the field of nine candidates.
But with the state's Feb. 24 primary scheduled in a crowd of more than 20 primaries between Iowa and Super Tuesday -- and in a small, Republican-dominated state that voted for Bush in 2000 -- whether the hopefuls will bother to stump or raise funds here is a question.
Party Chairman Donald Dunn believes the candidates will come.
