| Description | Money woes are pushing Republican gubernatorial candidate Mike Harris out of his Scottsdale campaign office and may force him to set up shop in his own home by the end of the week.
A complaint filed by Scottsdale Fashion Square Partnership, which owns the building where Harris' office is located, alleges that he owes $5,840 for rent in July and August and associated late fees and other charges. The office is home to Harris' business, Harris Technical Sales, but doubles as his campaign headquarters.
Harris' campaign director, Shane Cayo, explained the office shake-up as a casualty of fund-raising efforts that haven't gone according to plan. |
