Description | The gay-rights group Equality Ohio called on Republican gubernatorial candidate J. Kenneth Blackwell yesterday to apologize for and retract his statement that homosexuality is a "transgression against God’s law" that can be cured.
The group also took issue with Blackwell’s digitally recorded comments in Sunday’s Dispatch comparing gays to arsonists and kleptomaniacs. Blackwell said they all can change despite what might be a genetic inclination to such behavior. |
