| Description | "David Vitter's latest campaign mailer is generating some complaints from Democrats who are unhappy about what's inside the letters.
Vitter's campaign has put one dollar bills inside the letters with a note saying that people can keep the money if they'd like, but preferably they'll return it and send a campaign contribution as well.
Democrats say the move is unethical."
