Description | New Jersey's 28th Legislative District is one of 40 in the New Jersey Legislature. As of the 2011 apportionment, the district includes the Essex County municipalities of Bloomfield Township, Glen Ridge Borough, Irvington Township and Nutley Township, along with portions of Newark City (which is also part of the 29th District).
