| Description | Primarily rural district that includes economically depressed Bell Island, part of the town of Paradise-St. Thomas and the watershed area along Thorburn Road. Other communities include: Drover Heights, Hogan's Pond, Mitchell’s Pond, Portugal Cove-St. Philip's, Round Pound, Windsor Heights.
Endured some changes in the 2007 redistribution. Portions of the district were absorbed into the neighbouring Topsail and St. John's North districts, but it largely remained intact.
