Description | Rosemont riding is in east end Montreal. It is home to a burgeoning middle-class populace in the northern section of the riding, where residents with $40,000 annual incomes live in close proximity to Petite Patrie, one of Montreal's poorest districts. Rosemount has one of the largest concentrations of single-parent families in Montreal. It contains that part of Montreal bounded by: Bélanger, 24th avenue, the boundary of the boroughs of Montreal and Saint-Léonard, Lacordaire Boulevard, Dickson Street, Sherbrooke East, Rachel East, the CPR railway line, Masson and 6th Avenue.
