Info | An ardent and outspoken defender of the Second Amendment and the right to keep and bear arms, Barbara Goushaw is also a widely-praised campaign manager. She managed John Coon's 1994 Michigan race for the U.S. Senate, which received the National LP's award for "Most Effective Campaign for the U.S. Senate" and set new records for fund-raising and media attention. She has managed other high-profile campaigns as well, and is founder and chair of the Libertarian Campaign Managers Association of Michigan. She is on the LP's national committee, and was active in Brass Roots, Michigan's most aggressive pro-gun organization. In a time when the right to own guns is facing extinction in America, her spirited defense of this essential right is important and inspiring.
