| Info | We are the original liberal party of David penhaligan, Lloyd George and William Gladstone.
We stand for liberty, individual freedom and social justice. We believe in the equality and worth of each individual and democratic representation replacing all concentrations of power. We rejoice in the diversity of humanity and uphold the rights of minority’s. We work for a society which will guarantee the liberty to live without restrictions, except for those which are required by the liberty of others.
We are standing candidates in all six Cornish constituencies, along with other UK seats, as we are the natural political home for people with traditional liberal values who we feel are not currently represented by any other political party with extremist views on Brexit. Our party believes that the democratic will of the people to leave the European Union must be upheld ( but that great care is taken in the process). The liberal party calls for all political parties to seek to create a unity of purpose around the task ahead. Trying to re-fight the referendum, or asking for another go, is divisive and disrespectful to both the electorate and the democratic process.
We may not stalk the corridors of Westminster, but your vote will help us on our way to bring truth, justice and integrity back into mainstream politics.
