| Info | Robert Diehl received his Bachelor of Arts Degree and his New Jersey State Teaching Certification from Kean College in 1976.
He has since worked in High and Adult schools and as an Educational Sales Representative, always finding time to stay involved in our community.
Bob serves as a member of the Edison Environmental Commission and Parks Committee and has dedicated himself to the preservation of Open Space, proud of his appointment on Edison Township's Open Space Committee.
As a Democratic Committeeperson, Bob supported Mayor Spadoro because of his shared belief in utilizing grant money to hire more police, protecting over 100 acres of open space from development and establishing the Edison Arts Society.
Bob took note of Mayor Spadoro's commitment to the lives of Edison residents when he announced the start of an AED Program in July of 2000. Mr. Diehl is CPR and AED Certified by the American Heart Association, and agrees with the Mayor: having AEDs throughout the community will help save lives.
Robert Diehl also is the President of the St. Joseph High School Father's club, where Bob takes an active involvement in the education of his two children.
Always active, Robert Diehl enjoys running, swimming and golf, and received his Third Degree Karate Black Belt in 1979.
