| Info | I worked in construction and on the factory floor for eight years to put myself through college and law school. I have paid into Social Security since I was 14. I served for many years as a General Counsel at a Fortune 500 Company and before that as CEO of an Orange County Bank. I worked for five years as the Community Reinvestment Officer for a large financial institution visiting and financing homeless shelters and working with community groups. I have worked with Congress on community reinvestment and lending legislation through California's largest banking trade association. I think it is safe to say I have experienced our country from every socio-economic and political vantage point.
