InfoNoel is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and holds a Ph.D. in Law from Osgoode Hall Law School. As a law professor at the University of Windsor, Noel has dedicated his professional life to education and access to justice. An award-winning instructor and author, he teaches four courses and has done a great deal of research on how to make the law better, publishing articles in a number of international journals.

Throughout his professional career, Noel has been devoted to community and public service in Etobicoke. He serves on the Board of Directors of South Etobicoke Community Legal Services, a Legal Aid Ontario clinic serving low-income residents. Noel also spearheads the Better Dundas Coalition, which is dedicated to improving road safety along Dundas Street West in Etobicoke.

Noel is a dedicated member of the Liberal Party. For nearly a decade, he has canvassed for and supported Liberal candidates at the federal and provincial levels and has organized virtual policy forums with George Smitherman, Dianne Saxe, and Yasir Naqvi.

Noel believes in protecting publicly funded health care and education, fighting climate change, and creating opportunities for families and hard-working individuals. This begins with smart, evidence-based public policy and a government with the confidence to take action. He is eager to join Steven Del Duca’s team to be a voice for the people of Etobicoke Centre at Queen's Park.

He lives in Etobicoke Centre (Burnhamthorpe & Kipling area) with his wife (Angelique) their two children (Madeleine and Malcolm) and their cat (Ginger). Both children are enrolled in Etobicoke public school
