Biography: Representative Travis Robert Weaver was born and raised in Peoria County where he graduated from Dunlap High School. He went on to receive his BA in Finance and Marketing from The University of Alabama then received his MBA from Northwestern University. Professionally, Representative Weaver worked in Finance and Strategy roles at Caterpillar while simultaneously investing and playing an executive role in various local startup businesses. Outside of his professional career, Representative Weaver tutors GED students, is the Chairman of the Education Committee at Wildlife Prairie Park, serves as a substitute teacher, and enjoys competing in marathons. Representative Weaver resides in Edwards, Illinois near his childhood family farm within Peoria County.
