-Jim Boudreau was raised in rural Nova Scotia, the eldest son of Gerald and Betty Boudreau of Little Dover.
-Worked in Guysborough County for his entire career, having taught school in Canso, Mulgrave and Sherbrooke where he has been for the last seventeen years.
-Supports the Canso Lions Club in their fundraising efforts.
-Participates in community events throughout the entire constituency such as the Stan Rogers Folk Festival, Ecum Secum Fun Days, Mulgrave Scotia Days, and the Mushaboom Mackerel Derby.
