InfoChris was born and raised in Greenwich and is passionate about our area.

As a London Assembly candidate for Greenwich in 2021 he fought to stop Labour’s polluting Silvertown motorway tunnel. As our MP he will fight for the investment in climate action we need, including the reversal of train cuts in our area.

Chris has been campaigning for Greenwich Council to properly collect and invest community infrastructure contributions from housing developers to fund more GP surgeries in Greenwich.

As a young professional who rents, he knows how tough the cost of living crisis has been for all of us and will fight for the support families in Greenwich need.

A race equality campaigner, Chris is passionate about tackling inequality. He will stand against the government’s shameful Rwanda Policy and fight for more safe routes for refugees so we can protect the most vulnerable from conflict and human traffickers. He will fight to champion the Liberal Democrats' calls for a ceasefire in Gaza.

Chris will also campaign to address the damage to Britain’s economy and our standing in the world caused by the government’s Brexit deal by working for a closer relationship with Europe.

Outside of work and politics, Chris loves sport and is a lifelong Charlton fan. Chris grew up playing rugby for Blackheath Rugby Club and is proud to have played internationally.

In his spare time, Chris loves going for walks with his dog Baxter in Greenwich Park.

A vote for Chris is a vote for a local champion who will provide the progressive opposition to Labour that Greenwich & Woolwich needs.
