Info | My family and I lived in Port Coquitlam and Coquitlam for thirty -five years. I have four wonderful children who are very active in their communities. I volunteered on many occasions, as a fundraiser for Port Coquitlam Amateur Sports. I also enjoyed four years as the treasurer of Port Coquitlam Amateur Athletic Association.
I shared with my sisters the responsibility of caring for our chronically ill mother for many years. This has given me a substantial understanding of people with special needs and allowed me to gain first hand knowledge of health care in Canada.
My thirty years experience in banking, retail management, and sales has allowed me to improve my understanding of people, and, my ability to listen to their needs.
May 2000, took me as a Delegate to a National Policy Convention in Quebec City. The purpose of attending this was to bring to the attention of other Delegates the importance of reviewing The Free Trade Agreement, and to bring additional attention to the problems facing our environment.
My past eight years were spent polling, canvassing and phoning voters throughout Western Canada. Because I have spoken to a few thousand Canadians I realize many people support the same solutions to the major issues, as The Canadian Action Party is promoting.
