Joe was the CHP candidate for Delta-South Richmond in the 2001 election and served as a Official Agent in the 2000 election. He was a member of the Family Coalition Party of B.C. and now the Unity Party of British Columbia. Joe was the Unity Party candidate for Delta South in the 2001 Provincial election.

A Christian since 1955 and has three married children. He has traveled extensively in Europe and Asia and understands different World Views.

His hobbies are: law and religious studies, travel, reading, golf and jogging.

Joe Pal has a strong will to return government to the immutable principles that has made Canada strong, free and united. Joe's goals are to bring reconciliation to a divided Nation.
