| Info | On the field or leading a company, Burt has always worked hard to make things better. He is President of Rotary, serves on the Butts County Water Authority Board, the Chamber of Commerce, and in Partners for Smart Growth, a job creation organization.
Burt and Jan have a daughter, Stella, and recently had a baby boy, William Banks. They are active members of Rock Springs Church. A sixth-generation native of the 25th district, Burt is a graduate of the University of Georgia where he served as Team Captain of the 2002 SEC Champion football team. He is a conservative Republican and supports Republican candidates.
