InfoChris Menary was born in East York, and still lives in the borough. He is father to three sons and one daughter who all have attended schools in the community and have participated in community events and played on local sports teams. Chris has successfully owned and operated his own business for the last 14 years.

He is the founder and President of the Centre for Security Training & Management Inc. which has been recognized as Canada’s largest private professional training centre designed specifically for security guards and private investigators. He has consulted with and appeared in the media on many occasions as Canada’s security expert, providing opinions on security related issues. He has been featured on Global National & Global News Toronto, CBC and CTV as their security expert. Recently Chris was featured on Global National to comment on Toronto’s G20 dynamics. In 2009 Chris has authored the first Canadian security text book with Carswell called The Canadian Security Professional Guide Book and most recently in 2011 authored The Canadian Private Investigator’s Professional Guidebook. Chris has been recognized by Ontario Works, Social Services as a major contributor to the integration and the employment of individuals from various ethnic origins and economic status that impacts the well being of the entire community. Chris has obtained a 95% success rate for employment placement over the past 14 years. He believes that more support for and recognition of entrepreneurship is needed to drive recovery in the Ontario economy.
