| Info | Kevin Michel was born and raised in Asbury Park. He graduated from Asbury Park High School in 2003, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a dual concentration in Management and Finance from Montclair State University in 2008. While at Montclair State, Kevin was the recipient of the 2008 Dean of Students Leadership Award, former President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, and former Vice President of NJ Athlete Conference (SAAC). He is also a member of Alpha Kappa Psi International, a professional business fraternity.
Kevin is very active in the community, especially in the First French Baptist Church of Asbury Park where he serves as a one of the Leaders in the Youth Ministry. Within his professional field Kevin works for Oppenheimer & Co. Inc in New York City. Lastly in 2009, he was willing and dedicated to make a change in his community by running for City Council of Asbury Park. As a Board member Kevin would like to see an increase the graduation rate and decrease in the drop-out rate.
