Info | Juliette attended schools in Dorset and has lived or worked in over sixteen countries as her parents served in the Military. After graduating with a degree in Molecular Biology from the University of Edinburgh, she worked with Procter and Gamble and then as a Learning and Development consultant to several FTSE 100 companies including RBS, Diageo and HSBC.
In 2006 she became a Director at Iain Duncan Smith's think tank, The Centre for Social Justice, specialising in building an Alliance of grass roots poverty fighting organizations in order to empower and support their work and to inform and shape policy. Many of the resultant policies have been adopted by The Party.
She is also a member of Her Majesty's Armed Forces, has served with The Honourable Artillery Company for ten years and is currently on secondment to MSSG - the Military Stabilisation and Support Group. She was invited recently to join a next generation of leaders advisory panel advising the Head of EUCOM who is also the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, the operational head of NATO.
She is an outdoor and fitness enthusiast and has competed at the Great Britain Championships in Biathlon and has climbed and named an unclimbed peak in Greenland.
She is married to Simon and has a son, Joshua.
